Gina is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in growth, revenue expansion, client strategy, organizational design and transformation. Gina leads the portfolio of the largest and most successful aggregation of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in the United States and for all lines of business, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Individual Markets. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In her 30 plus year tenure in healthcare, working in the pharmacy benefit area, her expertise within healthcare is managing prescription costs and business transformation. She has previously worked for Fortune 50 companies such as Optum & Express Scripts. She has also worked a global business insurance company, Coface, leading the North America market in growth and broker strategies.
Gina is active in the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Morristown, NJ serving as a reader and involved in various ad hoc committees. She also served on the Newark Boys and Girls Club as executive member, board secretary and market development chair.
Gina and her husband Randy reside in New Jersey with their two dogs.
